Koa
PreviewSalesforce's first CRM reasoning model, announced Sep 15 2026 (at Dreamforce) and built in collaboration with NVIDIA for the Agentforce platform. Koa was created by post-training NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super on a proprietary synthetic dataset modeled on nearly three decades of CRM deployments — no customer data was used; the training corpus simulates enterprise reasoning, tool use, and decision-making across 14+ industries (manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, travel, and more). Post-training used Supervised Fine-Tuning plus reinforcement learning (GRPO) with NVIDIA NeMo RL, NeMo Gym, and NeMo AutoModel. On Salesforce's own CRM benchmark — real tasks like updating an opportunity, routing a case, or scheduling a follow-up — Salesforce reports Koa matches or exceeds leading models on CRM actions with roughly 3x fewer errors. Salesforce controls the model weights and runs post-training and inference entirely within its own trust boundary (weights not released), offering it as a Salesforce-hosted option for Agentforce. Text/agent reasoning with tool use; no public per-token pricing. Available to select pilot customers at launch, with general availability expected winter 2026 in U.S. regions. Benchmark figures are vendor-reported.
